Crovect Sheep Pour-On 1.25%

Crovect 1.25% w/v Pour-On Solution is a topical ectoparasite treatment for sheep. It contains cypermethrin and is used for the treatment and control of headflies, ticks, biting lice and blowfly strike.

Crovect provides persistent tick treatment for up to 10 weeks, with the majority of ticks killed within 3 hours. It can also be used for the prevention and treatment of blowfly strike, helping protect sheep during high-risk periods.

Suitable for: Sheep.

Active ingredient: Cypermethrin 1.25% w/v.

Treatment of tick infestation
Treatment of biting lice
Prevention and treatment of blowfly strike

Dosage guide: Dosage and application method varies depending on the parasite being treated and the weight of the animal. Always follow the product label and datasheet before use.

For blowfly strike prevention, apply as a fan-spray to the fleece over the back and hindquarters. For lice and ticks, apply as a pin-stream as directed. For headflies, apply to the top of the head between the ears, taking care to avoid the eyes.

Withdrawal periods:

Meat and offal: 8 days
Milk: 5 days

Important information: For external use only. Do not use in lambs less than 1 week old. Do not use for the prevention of blowfly strike in animals under 12.5kg bodyweight. Avoid treating very young lambs in unseasonably hot weather. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, boots and eye protection when applying. Sheep must be kept away from watercourses for at least 1 hour after treatment. Extremely dangerous to fish and aquatic life. Keep out of reach of children and always read the product packaging and datasheet before use.
