SELEKT Fresh Cow 500 is an oral powder for fluid rehydration and nutritional support in freshly calved cows. It is designed to help reduce the risk of milk fever and ketosis, while also supporting rehydration after calving.

Each 700g sachet contains calcium propionate, magnesium sulphate and dry yeast. The calcium propionate provides calcium and energy support, magnesium helps support normal calcium metabolism, and dry yeast helps support rumen flora.

This 12 pack is ideal for dairy and suckler herds to keep in stock during calving periods.

Directions for use:Dissolve one 700g sachet in 20 litres of warm water. Administer into the rumen using a suitable pump-drencher, ideally within the first six hours after calving.

Do not use less than 20 litres of water to dissolve the contents of the sachet. Do not give another SELEKT Fresh Cow 500 sachet until at least 12 hours has elapsed.

Seek veterinary advice for cows showing signs of milk fever, severe illness, inability to swallow, bloat, collapse or where there is any doubt about safe administration.
